75 Years
We stand on the shoulders of many faithful pioneers who gave time, grit, and resources to make the dream of Abba's House a reality.
Come Celebrate with Us!
We've planned five special Sundays to honor our history, celebrate the people God has used, and look ahead with expectation. We hope you'll join us each week at 10:30am!
November 1 — SonLife Quartet & Dr. Ronnie Phillips, Jr.
Our celebration begins with the SonLife Quartet, featuring familiar faces who have meant so much to this church through the years. Pastor Ronnie will speak on “A Kingdom Heritage” as we kick off our anniversary month!
November 8 — Dr. Ron & Paulette Phillips
This will be an especially meaningful Sunday as we welcome our beloved Pastor Emeritus, Dr. Ron Phillips. He has not preached in two years, having endured strokes and other serious health challenges. But God has graciously strengthened him, and by His grace, he and Paulette will minister to the church.
If Dr. Ron Phillips has made a difference in your life, we especially encourage you to be here for a powerful and prophetic moment for our church family.
November 15 — Pastor Brian Foster
We are delighted to welcome Pastor Brian Foster, who faithfully served this church for twenty years. God has miraculously healed Brian twice, and he and Susan are living testimonies of God's sustaining grace through life's most difficult seasons.
November 22 — FRIENDSGIVING with Dr. Bobby Atkins
We'll welcome Dr. Bobby Atkins, who was saved here in 1980 and went on to pastor churches around the world. He will bring a message on the wheat and tares, which is the message that brought him to Christ. We encourage everyone to invite a friend, especially someone who doesn't have a church home.
November 29 — Leaving a Legacy with Dr. Ronnie Phillips, Jr.
We'll conclude our anniversary month with a special message on leaving a legacy that outlives us. Our focus will be on the generations to come and our responsibility to pass along what God has entrusted to us.
Plus we'll have special videos looking back each week, along with displays in the lobby to help you learn more about the history of this great church that God planted here 75 years ago.
